As owner’s reps, our paramount responsibility is to ensure the success of our client’s vision. The team will look to you for leadership abilities concerning design, scope definition, cost management, general contractor and subcontractor prequalification, schedules and construction. You will serve as a liaison between the principal of our firm and the rest of the project team – architecture, design, construction, estate management and other functions within our clients’ family offices.
