As an architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting project types and collaborate with a team of highly skilled professionals across the state. Job responsibilities: » Must have the capability to maintain multiple projects concurrently from design through construction administration. » Collaborate with clients to determine their design preferences and requirements. » Create architectural construction documents, and 3D models. » Develop and present design proposals to clients and obtain their approval. » Research and select appropriate building materials and systems that align with the project's objectives. » Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that the project is executed smoothly. » Conduct on-site visits to monitor the progress of construction and resolve any issues that may arise. » Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in architecture to provide innovative design solutions. Requirements: » Architecture License in good standing » Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. » Strong proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD and Revit. » Solid knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices. » Excellent problem-solving expertise and attention to detail. » Strong communication and interpersonal expertise to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. » capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. » Familiarity with Design Specifications is a plus. » Familiarity with sustainable design principles and LEED certification is a plus.
