Adobe Road Winery is developing an incredible “Game-Changer,” 15,000 square-foot, first-ever waterfront winery and entertainment complex on the beautiful downtown riverfront in Petaluma, CA. We are leading the charge on "The New Paradigm” of the Wine World combining experiential, with true authenticity with wine and our racing background, great wines, a stunning and convenient location, and all in the heart of the hottest little city in Northern California!! Additionally, Adobe Road has launched a spectacular new brand called The Racing Series. Unbelievable and award-winning packaging and the capability to scale this brand fast. Kevin Buckler is the founder and CEO of Adobe Road Winery and sister company, The Racers Group. The Racers Group is one of the most prosperous Professional Sportscar Racing Teams in North America with 30 years of championships and Victories with Porsche, Aston Martin, Lamborghini etc. as well as four years in NASCAR. THE OPPORTUNITY: As the Executive adjunct to the CEO, this position will have far-reaching impact across the organization with a front-row seat, and a director’s chair, to the inner-workings of a high-growth, cutting edge company. This is a strategic position, reporting directly to the CEO and requiring a deep knowledge in all aspects of EA expertise, the wine world, three-tier, high-end entertainment, team-building, event marketing and more. This is a fast-paced opportunity in Petaluma for a professional who is a bright, self-motivated, proactive, and service-oriented. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering the highest-quality work product and finding efficiencies. They will support and work alongside a talented, humble, and incredibly busy group of industry professionals. This candidate will enjoy working with different personalities and prioritize a multitude of competing demands with ease. The ideal Executive adjunct will be expected to bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the workplace. This candidate will be expected to effectively communicate with the CEO, triage priorities for both businesses, manage event logistics, navigate calendaring with an capability to gracefully switch between all scenarios with ease. Given we are in high-growth/scale mode, an extra time commitment is expected in this position as well as travel.
