Patent Attorney / Agent – Law Firm – Tysons Corner, VA / Remote

MH2 Technology Law Group, LLP is seeking a local or remote, full-time, patent professional to prepare and prosecute patent applications, draft opinions, and provide IP counseling for our clients, which include many Fortune 500 companies. MH2 currently seeks a patent attorney or agent with a background in software, computers, and/or electrical engineering. Candidates must have a technical degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or equivalent fields. At least two years of recent preparation and prosecution practice with software-related technologies practice is required. Patent examiner practice or prior job practice as a software developer are also a plus. Must be willing and able to lgain new technologies quickly and need minimal training.
