Walnut Street TheatreWalnut Street Theatre is accepting resumes for the position of adjunct to the Controller. This full-time position reports directly to the Controller.Key responsibilities include: » Process weekly payroll, employee benefits, workers compensation & unemployment claims » Ensure accurate payroll recordkeeping by carrying out regular system updates for status changes, benefits deductions and tax withholdings » Assist with accounts payable processing, ensuring that invoices and staff reimbursements are paid accurately and in conformity with the theatre's policies and procedures » Reconcile credit card statements against receipts submitted by cardholders on a monthly basis » Maintain the integrity of the office filing system, including, but not limited to invoices, personnel files, contracts and permanent files. » Other tasks as assigned Appropriate qualifications: » 1 to 2 years payroll / accounts payable practice a plus » Strong written and verbal communication expertise » Proven capability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and produce high quality results » Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite » Must be organized and detail oriented » capability to work comfortably in a team environment To Apply: TO APPLY: Cover letter and resume including income requirements may be submitted to Michael Armento, Controller of Walnut Street Theatre via:E-Mail: walnutstreettheatrejobs@gmail.com Skills:
