This appointment is contingent upon the continued availcapability of grant funds and may be terminated at any time without cause or prior written notice. This appointment is made subject to the laws of the State of Tennessee and the policies and requirements of the University of Memphis.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
May need to work/travel beyond normal work schedule

tasks & Job responsibilities: Design and implement statistical, mathematical, predictive models using Python, R, and/or other programs to predict a variety of results in health, education, workforce, or other pertinent areas under center leadership abilities supervision. Serve as key resource for data modeling and machine learning projects and processes, including data collection, preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Design and implement research projects, including developing queries to obtain needed data from our project and partner databases, original data collection, or secondary data sources, performing appropriate statistical analyses under guidance of center leadership abilities. Establish links across existing data sources and discover new and interesting data correlations.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Develop and maintain dashboards, data visualizations, and reports critical to center operational needs, assessment, and strategic planning with assistance.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Communicate and provide technical support to a variety of partners, clients, faculty, and staff.
