We are pursuing an architect with the capability to contribute individually, as well as to structure and supervise work for others when the assigned work exceeds the threshold of their own productivity. You will work directly with the Project Manager and Project Architect to deliver work of the highest quality. In this function, you will have some responsibility to interface with the client, and will be expected to be involved with the coordination and communication with teams both inside and outside of CetraRuddy. Design & production work will be developed exclusively in Revit. If you are not already proficient working in Revit, you will need to be eager to learn, and quick to adapt. Additionally, you will be expected to be proficient in Enscape, Bluebeam, Indesign, and Photoshop. Information technology is critical that you are comfortable learning new tools and eager to use them efficiently. this function will be active through all phases of design projects, and the prosperous candidate will demonstrate an capability to manipulate conceptual ideas, as well as an capability to develop those ideas through design to technical solutions. You must have strong curiosity and ambition, show initiative, and demonstrate a desire to lgain about, and share your expertise of, building systems, materials, and technologies, as well as codes & standards. The prosperous candidate will have strong communication expertise, both verbal and written, and will be detail-oriented with strong organizational expertise and the capability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
