Job Offer: New York, NY, US Thu, Apr 18 '24 Intermed:CetraRuddyJob description:Intermediate ArchitectEmployer:CetraRuddy Job location:New York, NY, US Published:Thu, Apr 18 '24 Pay:$85,000 - $105,000annually Cetra Ruddy, an award-winning global architecture, planning, and interior design firm is seeking Architects to work on an exciting, upcoming governmental project, as well as future cultural, institutional, and residential development projects. We are pursuing individuals with the capability to structure their own work and contribute individually to the work of the larger team. Working directly with Project Managers & other Architects on your projects, you will be expected to execute architectural assignments with general directions, but no immediate supervision. The prosperous candidate will participate in all project phases, with a primary focus on design development and construction documents. Design & production work will be developed exclusively in Revit. If you are not already proficient working in Revit, you will need to be eager to learn, and quick to adapt. Additionally, you will be expected to be proficient in Enscape, Bluebeam, Indesign, and Photoshop. Information technology is critical that you are comfortable learning new tools and eager to use them efficiently. this function will be active through all phases of design projects, with a primary focus on design development and the production of accurate, technical construction documents, and will participate in the preparation of presentation materials, including physical and digital model making. The prosperous candidate will demonstrate an capability to refine conceptual ideas, as well as an capability to develop those ideas through design to technical solutions. You must have strong curiosity and ambition, show initiative, and demonstrate a desire to lgain about, and share your expertise of, building systems, materials, and technologies, as well as codes & standards. The prosperous candidate will have strong communication expertise, both verbal and written, and will be detail-oriented with strong organizational expertise and the capability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
