tasks & Job responsibilities: Assists in managing the departmental business functions by coordinating the procurement of supplies through the appropriate university system. Making travel arrangements for staff, including completing purchase orders and filing receipts, invoices, and other forms. Attends the University's Focus on Finance and HR meetings in order to share information with the department about HR and Finance updates.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Provide Notarial services for students to utilize for University related documents including but not limited to receiving and maintaining a Notary Public commission in the state of Tennessee. Authenticating and witnessing student signatures on University related documents. Accurately maintaining a record of all notarial acts performed.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Assists in administration and managing Student Conduct Cases by reviewing incoming reports and creating cases within the Maxient database. Consolidating & reconciling data from other University databases (Advising, Banner, StarRez, etc.) into the Maxient database. Drafting initial allegations, initial charges and creating initial notices and assigning initial charges. Reviewing incoming sanction submissions for completeness and uploading in the Maxient database.

Scheduling and rescheduling meetings between Staff and Students using Outlook and Maxient. Notifying students of overdue/incomplete sanctions via phone, electronic, and/or written communication and tracking this information in the Maxient database. Placing holds within the Banner database and noting holds in the Maxient database. Creating individuals in the Banner database who have been trespassed from campus and creating the trespass file in Maxient.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Serves as communication liaison on behalf of the department as directed by monitoring and responding to electronic, written, and telephonic inquiries and requests related to student conduct concerns and questions. Accurately responds to correspondence and requests by providing information and/or making referrals to various University offices located on the nature of the inquiry.

tasks & Job responsibilities: First point of contact for in-person, electronic, or written requests for Background or Record Checks by assisting in reviewing and analyzing releases of information and submits requests to the investigator for completion. Maintaining the confidentiality and/or privacy of information in compliance with state and/or federal law.
