Our current work includes residential, adaptive re-use, renovations, interiors, commercial projects and furniture design. Working with our team in NYC, We are seeking for someone who would be responsible for taking a leadership abilities function on multiple projects. This would include production and coordination with team members and consultants, all over all phases of the project. The right candidate will have strong design expertise and a broad range of practice. Candidate should meet the following criteria: » B.Arch or M.Arch from accredited institution » 3-6 years significant practice in an architecture office » Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Rhino + Rendering software. practice in Revit and Escape is a plus. » Working knowledge of NYC codes and zoning is a plus. » practice in residential and commercial projects preferred. » Excellent communication and organization expertise. » Desire and capability to work in a fast-paced and rigorous environment. » Self-motivated, able to work independently and with team members. » Approach every design and research project with creativity and inquisitiveness.
