RIOS is an international design collective. We are actively in pursuit of wonder within the design of the built environment. We practice interconnected design across architecture, placemaking, and landscape architecture to define design as a continuum.

We are pursuing a Landscape Project Director to coordinate and manage strategies on multiple projects. Interested candidates must be a deeply expertiseable project delivery lead who constantly works to improve the quality of project deliverables. A positive team player that can work collaboratively and independently.
The ideal candidate must possess the following expertise:
The ideal candidate must possess the following expertise:
   » Guides, mentors & maintains project milestones and deliverables in a timely manner all over the life of the project
   » Thorough comprehension of BIM workflow
   » Proficiency developing project specifications
   » Demonstrated practice completing projects through construction
   » prosperous development and oversight of design documentation. For example: Schematic, design development and construction documentation
   » supervise and support preparation of basis of design & specifications; supervise product research & material selection
   » capability to review & supervise drawing sets at all phases and on multiple projects, lead consultant coordination, supervise code research, initiate and supervise plan check process; mentor teams with complex design problems & details
   » Manage, review & respond to RFIs & submittals; lead consultant coordination; manage drawing issuances & bulletins; attend site visits, document field notes, create punchlists
Requirements
   » A minimum of 10+ years of professional practice
   » Bachelor of Architecture degree or Master's of Architecture degree from an accredited college or university
   » practice with Autocad, Rhino, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and REVIT
   » Working expertise of team collaboration & management tools (current examples include Deltek, Newforma, Teams, Bluebeam, conferencing tools)
   » Accredited Landscape Architect preferred
