Candidate should have an EE, Computer Engineering, Physics degree or equivalent degree/background, and at least 3 years of patent prosecution practice. Strong writing/communication expertise required. Semiconductor, circuit, medial imaging, and/or USPTO practice is a plus. Our attorneys enjoy flexible work schedules - we are a virtual firm as of July 2023. Individuals must be able to work independently to provide quality work product in a timely manner. We are located in Northern Virginia, which is preferred for our informal monthly meetings, but will consider candidates from any location.
