Working in close collaboration with the Arden Drama School Manager, the Summer Camp Director is responsible for preparing, supervising, coordinating, and delivering high quality theatre summer camp programming. practice as a teaching artist/educator required, practice in arts administration and/or management & leadership abilities preferred. prosperous candidates will possess excellent organizational expertise, time-management, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving expertise. practice in curriculum development is a plus. The ideal candidate is collaborative, flexible, organized, attentive to details, passionate about theatre education for young people, and adept at creative problem-solving and taking initiative. Employment is full-time for the summer with an anticipated start date of June 3rdand an end date of August 30th.
