Work hours may be adjusted during peak enrollment times, special projects, or recruitment events.

Job tasks

tasks & Job responsibilities: Coordinate Administrative Business
Works closely with division's Business agent to ensure proper accounting to include investigating and resolving any accounting discrepancies. Responsible for preparing, submitting, reviewing and completion of travel documents and event expenditure forms. Monitors the completion cycle of office, travel and event expenses all over the year. May be required to prepare reports as necessary.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Office Manager
Manages student staff work assignments, work schedules, and timesheet submission. Responsible for customer service (phones and in-person visitors) and other activities within the Recruitment and Orientation office. Assists with supervision and provide training, instruction and guidance of student workers.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Coordinate Recruitment Programs and Events
Works collaboratively to with adjunct Directors to assist with planning and contract processing for recruitment programs and special events. Schedules and organizes meetings and other events by making any reservations, rentals, audio-visuals, catering arrangements and preparing program agendas. Performs in-depth research, complies and analyzes information to prepare comprehensive reports. Researches and evaluates major purchases and make recommendations regarding purchases.

tasks & Job responsibilities: Vehicle Manager
Collaborates with the Director and adjunct Directors of Recruitment and Orientation on oversight of fleet of university vehicles. Keeps accurate records of maintenance and to ensure condition of vehicles are up to standard and maintain proper repairs for both Main Campus and Lambuth Recruitment vehicles.
