For the position of Project Architect We are pursuing a candidate with strong design, document organization and production management expertise in the mixed-use, multi-family housing sector. We are seeing strong demand for multi-unit housing projects and are looking to build depth for our housing studios. In particular, We are seeking for candidates with a proven capability to translate and develop an initial design concept into a cohesive set of construction documents appropriate for bidding and plan review. Additionally, an capability to communicate professionally and effectively with our clients through all levels of development is essential. Only resumes supporting the following qualifications and practice will be considered: » Architectural degree from an accredited school » 5-8 years professional practice in design and construction document production. Mixed-use, multi-family project practice is required. expertise of complex detailing and midrise podium construction is also highly desired. » capability to manage and lead the internal production team of 3-5 people. » Strong Revit expertise are essential. Understand that we can train the candidate on SEA Revit production workflow, which generally follow industry standards. » Strong organizational expertise and a commitment to high quality design. » expertise of building and zoning codes with practice in submitting and receiving approval for building permits in multiple jurisdictions. » CA practice including review of contractor payment requests, schedules & change orders, attending regular site meetings, issuing site note, RFI responses, and shop drawing reviews.
