Special Conditions: Desired Qualifications
PhD. in Educational Research or Policy, Psychology, Education, Human/Child Development, or related social science fields.

This is a Limited Grant-Funded position contingent upon funding availcapability.

The Center is also particularly interested in candidates with practice working with or in K-12 schools. The prosperous applicant will have strong communication expertise, work collaboratively on teams and independently, be adept at multi-tasking and work towards obtaining funding opportunities.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
8:00am - 4:30pm
May need to work/travel beyond normal work schedule.

Working Conditions: While performing the tasks of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Additional Working Conditions: Guides instrument development and data collection activities
Conducts both quantitative and qualitative data collection, cleaning, and analyses
Supervises and mentors research staff and graduate adjuncts
Participates in dissemination at conferences and peer-reviewed publications
Represents CREP and UofM in collaborations with partners at all levels, both inside and
outside of the University
Participates in quality control processes for all Center initiatives
University sponsored travel may be required, as clients/projects need
