How will your days be spent » Assist withtechnical planning and execution of projects from inception throughcompletion on schedule and within budget. » Begin to take amore active function in directing, mentoring, and reviewing work ofteam members and consultants. » Responsible foraspects of construction management including site visits,communication, and documentation to ensure prosperous completion ofprojects. » Coordinatespecification component of contract documents and how Information technology relates tothe construction process. » Preparepresentation materials such as drawings and models. Participate inclient presentations and/or meetings, presenting ideas andsolutions. What you bring to this function practice: » Minimumfive years of architectural practice, working withmulti-disciplinary teams on significant projects required. » practicewith one of Flad's market segments preferred. » Portfoliothat demonstrates a high level of skill in design thinking andpresentation media required. Software: » Proficiency inRevit and Rhino and/or SketchUp required. » practice withAutoCAD, 3D rendering software, Grasshopper, Dynamo, and AdobeCreative Suite preferred. suitable education » Professional degree in architecture required. » Professionalregistration required. » Sustaincapabilityaccreditation preferred.
