How will your days be spent
   » Responsiblefor assisting senior level staff with leadership abilities, management, andcoordination of project team members and consultants from projectinception through completion.
   » Begin providing leadership abilities and mentoring to team members and/orconsultants. Help to manage project consultant coordination andrelationships.
   » Support senior level staff to help ensure the client’s vision,goals and objectives are understood by all team members andconsultants. Implement design requirements through documentationand construction, maintaining design intent and/or integration of aspecific piece of the project.
   » Continue to increase responsibility for the technical planning andexecution of project documents, including the quality,organization, and content.
   » Deliver design-sensitive projects on schedule and within budgetwhile making authoritative decisions and recommendations ofsignificant impact related to the project.
   » Assist in developing products and materials for presentations.Participate in internal project team meetings and attend technicaland consultant meetings.
What you bring to this function
practice:
   » Minimumof five years of architectural practice, with at least one yearof recent Project Architect practice leading multi-disciplinaryteams and working on large-scale projects required.
   » practicewith one of Flad's market segments preferred.
   » Excellentpresentation, written, verbal, and graphics communication expertiseessential.
Software:
   » Revitproficiency required.
   » Previous practice with AutoCADpreferred.
suitable education
   » Professionaldegree in architecture required.
   » Professionalregistration required.
   » Sustaincapabilityaccreditation preferred.
