Job Offer: Joshua Tree, CA, US Tue, Apr 30 '24 Inter:Loescher Meachem ArchitectsJob description:Intermediate DesignerEmployer:Loescher Meachem Architects Job location:Joshua Tree, CA, US Published:Tue, Apr 30 '24 Type:Full-time Who are we looking for? » An individual who is located in (or can relocate to) the greater Joshua Tree area to focus on high desert projects. » A self-starter who is collegial, motivated and diligent, with practice in workplace, adaptive reuse, technology or entertainment projects. » Revit-capable » 5+ years of post-degree work practice in an environment that includes technical drawings and documentation. » An individual with a passion and interest in how things are made, with practice in consultant coordination including Structural and MEP through multiple phases of work. » Somebody with strong building code expertise and practice with plan check and permitting. » Somebody with practice or a demonstrated interest in earthen construction » Somebody with great communications expertise - both written and verbal. Readers and thinkers preferred. » Someone who is either licensed to practice architecture, or is in the licensure process. » Someone who takes their work but not themselves seriously, loves dogs, and would enjoy the camaraderie found in a small office.
