You may be a good candidate if you area proven leader and collaborator, committed to design excellence, and aholistic approach to architectural practice. Weare a design focused architecture and real estate development firm, looking forlike- minded candidates, capable of thinking and working across disciplines,who embrace our guiding values as follows: Collaboration, Humility,Hunger and Emotional Intelligence . Required Appropriate qualifications: » Professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution. » 8 + years practice with minimum of 4 years of practice leading projects. » practice with high end residential, hospitality and multi-family and art related projects. » Highly developed expertise in client communication, contract administration, project scheduling, proposal writing, team leadership abilities, building design, technical detailing and consultant coordination. » Highly skilled in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Suite software. » Advanced knowledge of materials, construction processes, systems, and methodologies. » Agile team player that can triage and complete multiple tasks with diverse team members. This is a full-time position offering a competitive income commensurate with practice. Compensation range: $90,000 - $115,000.
