This is your opportunity to work with a team of dedicated, creative and fun architects and designers on award winning projects in the healthcare, higher education, and science and technology markets.

The Project Manager is responsible for the prosperous completion of one or more projects, managing the contracted scope, schedule, and budget at all phases of the project(s) from pre-design through construction administration. The Project Manager supervises project team(s), assigns the work, and ensures Information technology is properly completed. Information technology is the Project Manager's responsibility to communicate, define functions and responsibilities, and manage expectations between Client, subconsultants, and the project team clearly and adaptively. The Project Manager should be capable and practiced, with authority to speak with the Client on behalf of the firm, and to direct and execute the work.

Education and practice Required
   » Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design, or equivalent education in an AEC related field.
   » Minimum of 8+ years’ practice in a professional office setting,
   » Demonstrated history of success in leading a team and managing one or more projects, including the capability to monitor, adjust and maintain scope, schedule, and budgets of projects.
   » Familiarity with multiple project delivery methods.
   » Good communication expertise
   » practice or expertise of Health Care and/or Science and Technology a plus.
   » Strong leadership abilities and relationship-building expertise, including the capability to recognize and prosperously navigate client and agency challenges and/or issues.
tasks and Responsibilities for this position:
   » Using firm-wide tools and processes, establishes a balanced approach for ensuring project profitcapability, complete and thorough technical deliverables, and the design goals of the project(s).
   » Provides leadership abilities at the project level, interacting with clients, staff, and consultants.
   » Develops the project budget and timeline, manages proposals and contracts, monitors financial progress, performs monthly client billing and revenue projections with the accounting and contracts team,
   » Understands building systems and code/agency issues that may arise
   » Participates in firm-wide resource allocation planning and forecasting.
   » Participates in marketing activities – supporting and writing proposals and interviews/interview preparation
   » Responsible for project quality control and following firm-wide standards.
   » Proficiency in accounting software, such as Deltek, BST, or similar software
   » Communicates with consultants, contractors, subconsultants and other disciplines to resolve project issues,
   » Fosters and maintains a collaborative professional working relationship within the firm,
   » capability to facilitate, build team cohesion and consensus, and support team members in learning and growing
   » Participates in business development by deepening relationships with their clients and other potential clients
   » Participates in professional development activities, learning and training programs.

This position is Hybrid Office and Remote Schedule.
income range is $95,000 to $120,000 Annually, dependent on geographical location, years of practice in the industry and core markets, software expertise, function responsibilities, and licensure and/or certifications.
