Minimum Position Appropriate qualifications: High school diploma or GED, two years of significant practice, and at least one year of previous managery practice. Requires valid driver license and to maintain it.

Special Conditions: Department is especially interested in candidates with category 3 pesticide certification and proficient computer expertise.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
6:00am. - 2:00p.m.
Will include some weekends

Must be able to work after normal hours to respond to emergency situations when necessary.

This position is considered to be an emergency critical employee.

Working Conditions: While performing the tasks of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

Additional Working Conditions: While performing the tasks of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, or feel. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds and push or pull up to 250 pounds with appropriate tools or moving equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision. While performing the tasks of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and humid conditions, chemicals, fumes and airborne particles, outdoor spaces and is required to climb ladders to access equipment in high and/or precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Special Instructions to candidates: managery expertise and Landscape installation and maintenance expertise required.
