Requires valid driver license and to maintain it. Special Conditions: Department is especially interested in candidates with category 3 pesticide certification and proficient computer expertise. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am. - 2:00p.m. Will include some weekends Must be able to work after normal hours to respond to emergency situations when necessary. This position is considered to be an emergency critical employee. Posting Date: 05/07/2024 Closing Date: 05/21/2024 Open Until Screening Begins: No Hiring Range: $18.50 - $22.00 per hour Full-Time/Part-Time: Full-Time: Benefits Eligible Working Conditions: While performing the tasks of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle, or feel; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Additional Working Conditions: While performing the tasks of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle, or feel. While performing the tasks of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to wet and humid conditions, chemicals, fumes and airborne particles, outdoor spaces and is required to climb ladders to access equipment in high and/or precarious places.
