Position: Architect/Project Manager Appropriate qualifications: » 5-10 years of practice in architecture and construction. » Licensed in the State of California or in the process, of working towards licensure. » Willing to take on a flexible function involving site investigations, balcony inspections, climbing ladders, carrying 50lbs, and strenuous activities, including bending and crawling. » Proficient in site visits, as-built quantity take-offs, preparing as-built drawings, renderings, planning, zoning and code research, schematic design drawings, construction drawings, specifications, and engineering consultant coordination. » practice in forensic responsibilities, including property inspections, photographs, field notes, sketches, and analysis of litigation case file documents. » availability to travel to various cities all over Southern California for forensic work. » Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Acrobat, Photoshop, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office Suite.
