Position Summary The Department of Human Resources is recruiting for a part-time (.50 FTE), 12-month, academic wage-hourly position. This position is anticipated to last for 6-12 months.

This position will be responsible for supporting employee compliance with the University COVID Vaccination Program, including the attestation/declination requirements and weekly testing requirements for employees who decline. The position will review confidential compliance records, send pre-drafted communications to individual employees who have not yet complied, and escalate cases of non-compliance for resolution.

This position is a limited duration (6-12 months) at 0.50 FTE (approximately 20 hours/week), with the potential opportunity for additional hours located on business need. Reports to the Associate Vice Provost for Faculty Affairs & adjunct Vice President for Employee and Labor Relations.

Position tasks 70% - COVID Immunization Compliance Program Support:
• Review submitted documents and data points connected with employee compliance with the University COVID Vaccination Program.
• Receive, evaluate and process immunization compliance data from multiple sources (e.g. Student Health Services, OSU COVID website, OSU staff).
• Respond to inquiries or requests for specific information regarding the University COVID Vaccination Program; explains and clarifies rules, process, and procedures to staff.
• Initiate proactive communication with non-compliant staff to explain policies and facilitate compliance utilizing pre-drafted communications.
• Communicate with staff regarding compliance rules and status via email.
• Access employee details via University COVID Vaccination Program Banner.
• Escalate continuing non-compliance employees to Senior ELR staff.

20% - University COVID Vaccination Program Website/Portal Support:

• Continuously evaluate the University COVID Vaccination Program website/portal and report any discrepancies and technology performance issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide support to users around the website/portal.
• Work with technical staff to update website/portal.

10% - Other tasks as Assigned:

• Other tasks as assigned by manager.

Minimum/Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or two years of practice providing administrative support and working with sensitive data/information in a confidential environment.

Working Conditions / Work Schedule This position will work within an office environment.
